Abstract
To address the large deformation of the surrounding rock in No.76904 track tunnel at the Du'erping Mine,through field investigations and laboratory tests,the deformation and failure mechanism of the surrounding rock was analyzed.Based on this analysis,a"grouting-anchoring-casting"synergistic control technology was proposed.This method involved grouting to strengthen loose rock masses,anchoring the shallow surrounding rock to deeper stable strata,and casting concrete to form a bearing structure.The technology significantly improved the integrity and stability of the tunnel surrounding rock.The results of the field tests showed that after applying this technology,the maximum subsidence of the tunnel roof,convergence of the two sides,and floor heave were 115.1 mm,85.3 mm,and 62.9 mm,respectively.These values were reduced by 75%,79.9%,and 59.5%,compared to the original support scheme,effectively controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock.关键词
