Abstract

In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf of high water inflow working face,the 28210 working face of Zhenchengdi Mine is taken as the engineering background.The hydrogeological data of the working face show that the normal water inflow is 435 m3/h,and the maximum water inflow is 629 m3/h,which belongs to the typical high water inflow operation area.Due to the special hydrological conditions,the residual coal in the goaf is soaked in water to form soaked coal body.Compared with the conventional coal body,its spontaneous combustion tendency is significantly enhanced,and there are major fire hazards.In this study,O2 concentration was used as the core monitoring index,and the distribution characteristics of'three zones'of spontaneous combustion in goaf were analyzed by the combination of field dynamic monitoring and numerical simulation.The beam tube monitoring system is arranged in the main transport roadway and return air roadway of 28210 working face to collect the gas composition data of goaf in real time.Based on the actual parameters of the working face,a three-dimensional numerical model of the goaf is constructed,and the distribution characteristics of spontaneous combustion'three zones'are numerically simulated by Fluent fluid calculation software.Through the comparative analysis of the measured data and the simulation results,the accuracy and engineering applicability of the numerical model are verified.
