大别山区野生银缕梅种群结构及动态特征
Population structure and dynamic characteristics of wild Parrotia subaequalis in the Dabie Mountain Area

Abstract
[Objective]This study was conducted to study the population structure and dynamic change characteristics of Parrotia subaequalis rare and endangered plant in China,in the Dabie Mountain area,so as to provide a basis for the protection and restoration of its germplasm resources.[Method]A systematic survey was conducted using the standard plot method across its distribution areas.To ana-lyze the age structure of P.subaequalis populations,a strategy of replacing age classes with diameter classes was employed,and on this basis,static life tables and population survival curves were con-structed.Additionally,population dynamic indices and time series models were utilized to analyze and predict the dynamic changes and future trends of the populations.[Result]The results are as follows:1)The age structure of the P.subaequalis has a spindle-shaped distribution.2)The population dynamic indices of neighboring age groups have some fluctuation.Both the Population dynamic index(Vpi)and the Population dynamic index of random disturbance(V'pi)values remain positive,indicating that the population is currently in a state of growth.However,there are signs of decline between some local age classes,revealing a relatively weak population growth potential and sensitivity to external disturbances.3)As age classes increase,the number of surviving individuals and the expected lifespan of P.subae-qualis individuals gradually decrease after minor fluctuations,while mortality and extinction rates rise correspondingly.The survival curve progressively approximates the Deevey-Ⅱ-type.4)Over time spans of 2,4,and 6 age classes,the number of young individuals declined,while the number of middle and old individuals initially rose slightly but then showed a downward trend.This suggests a lack of self-renewal capacity in young seedlings,posing potential risks of population size reduction and decline.[Conclusion]The population of P.subaequalis is insufficient in young individuals and sensitive to exter-nal interference.Habitat protection should be further strengthened and appropriate intervention mea-sures should be taken to promote the stable development of the population in the community.关键词
