山东海河流域水资源开发利用情况分析

Abstract
To clarify the characteristics of water resources development and utilization in the Haihe River Basin(Tuhai-Majia River area)of Shandong Province,the data from the Shandong Provincial Water Resources Bulletin(2000-2023)were analyzed in this study,including precipitation,total water resources,water supply from different sources,and sectoral water consumption in the region.Mathematical statistics and regression analysis were employed to evaluate trends in water resources exploitation and changes in water supply consumption dynamics.The results revealed that the multi-year average water resources in the study area amounted to 3.714 billion m3,with an annual average of 4.074 billion m3 over the past 24 years,showing an increasing trend.The annual average water consumption was 5.827 billion m3,yielding a water resources development and utilization rate of 143.03%.The region faced local surface water scarcity and relied heavily on external water transfers from the Yellow River.Over the past 11 years,the annual average surface water supply was 585 million m3(development rate:32.25%),while groundwater supply averages 1.533 billion m3(extraction rate:60.25%),highlighting significant challenges in groundwater over-extraction management.From 2003 to 2023,agricultural irrigation dominated water consumption,accounting for 71.47%annually,and the total water use mainly showed a downward trend along with the reduction of agricultural irrigation water consumption.关键词
