Abstract
The Zhangwei South Canal is a key flood and drainage channel in the southern part of the Haihe River Basin.It originates from the Taihang Mountains and consists of the Zhanghe River,Weihe River,Weihe Canal,Zhangwei New River,and South Canal.It flows through four provinces and one city:Shanxi,Henan,Hebei,Shandong,and Tianjin.Taking the Zhangweinan Canal as a typical example,by analyzing the current situation of flood control,water resources and water ecological regulation and management,and combining with the work achievements of preventing the"16·7"rainstorm flood,the summer and autumn flood in 2021,the Zhanghe River water resources regulation,the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal water replenishment and the Zhanghe River through water replenishment,it pointed out that the current unified regulation and management system of the Zhangweinan Canal had problems such as imperfect mechanism,lack of effective supervision means,lack of information sharing mechanism,and put forward countermeasures such as optimizing the disaster prevention and mitigation system,strengthening the territorial coordination and linkage mechanism,so as to continuously improve the unified regulation system and mechanism.关键词
