博州地下水开发利用问题与对策研究
Issues and Countermeasures for Groundwater Development and Utilization in Bozhou
摘要
Abstract
Groundwater is a major component of water resources,playing a crucial role in both resource functionality and ecological environmental functions.Particularly in arid and semi-arid regions that face water scarcity and fragile ecosystems,groundwater's unique characteristics make it irreplaceable.Therefore,the rational development and sustainable utilization of groundwater resources are of great importance.With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of agricultural irrigation,the issue of groundwater over-extraction in Bozhou has become increasingly prominent,posing threats to regional water security and the ecological environment.By analyzing the endowment conditions and current status of groundwater resource development and utilization in Bozhou,the main problems in groundwater exploitation,management,and utilization were identified in this study.Countermeasures such as strengthening water conservation,promoting the replacement of groundwater sources,enhancing groundwater conservation and protection,improving groundwater management,and perfecting the monitoring system were proposed to provide references for the sustainable utilization of groundwater in Bozhou.关键词
