Abstract
In the new era,water conservancy projects are transforming into multifunctional initiatives requiring coordinated development among humans,nature,ecology,and water.Addressing issues in flood diversion channel projects,such as weak ecological service functions and significant landscape neglect,taking the Beijing Wenchao Jianhe River flood diversion project as an example,a"Life-Ecology-Livelihood"(Three-life,Sansheng)trinity paradigm for river governance was innovatively established,and an ecological landscape design framework characterized by"low disturbance,near-natural,ecological optimization,and multi-integration"was constructed.Centered on the core function of flood control and drainage,strategies such as earthwork balancing optimization,habitat restoration,and ensuring greenway continuity were adopted to build a water network system with watershed harmony and multi-line connectivity.The proposed ecological landscape design for flood diversion projects based on the"Three-Life Concept"provides a replicable paradigm for multifunctional river construction in plain areas.关键词
