Abstract
In order to improve the production efficiency of the construction industry and promote the modernization of the construction industry,a research on intelligent production line control of small prefabricated components based on PLC technology was proposed.To avoid the production errors caused by the asynchronous execution of control instructions,the proposed method utilized the clock synchronization principle to implement clock synchronization adjustments for all related devices in the PLC control system,ensuring the accurate synchronous execution of control instructions.The PLC controller was built based on the PID control strategy,and the incremental control concept was introduced to guarantee control accuracy and reduce the cumulative error during the PLC control process.Combined with the artificial bee colony algorithm,the PLC controller parameters were adjusted,which further enhanced the response speed and anti-interference ability of the control system.Experiments demonstrated that the proposed method was accurate in intelligent production line control,exhibiting high response ability and anti-interference performance,and providing robust technical support for efficient and stable intelligent manufacturing of small prefabricated components.关键词
