Analysis of force and deformation of bolted corrugated steel-concrete composite box arch culvert
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the stress characteristics of highway assembled corrugated steel-concrete combined structure box arch culvert,with the background of Wuyue Highway LJ-08 standard,numerical simulation wasutilized to analyze the overall stress and bolt lap joint stress characteristics of the corrugated steel-concrete composite structure,and compared with the corrugated steel structure.The result demonstrated that bolt connection had less impact on the overall stability of the structure and the structure maintained good performance under stress,regardless of whether it was a single corrugated steel structure or a corrugated steel-concrete composite structure.The single corrugated steel box arch culvert structure had a certain symmetry in the stress distribution around the bolt holes in the top and side plates.Furthermore,the corrugated steel-concrete compositestructure was more stable and long-lasting,which could help alleviate the stress concentration phenomenonin the box arch culvert's bolted connection section and greatly improve the structure's overall stability and resistance to deformation.关键词
