核电厂稳态运行工况下传感器容错控制研究
Research on fault-tolerant control for sensors in nuclear power plants under steady-state operating conditions
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at the sensor fault problem under steady-state operating conditions of nuclear power plants,this paper adopted a data-driven approach to conduct research on sensor fault-tolerant control technology.When sensors encountered faults such as deviation,gain error,or stuck failure,the fault diagnosis module quickly output diagnostic signals containing fault type,location,and severity based on the sensor's historical operating data and real-time monitoring information;the signal reconstruction module then used a Back Propagation(BP)Neural Network to accurately reconstruct the faulty data according to the diagnostic results,and subsequently connected the reconstructed signals to the nuclear power plant control system in place of the faulty signals.Through multi-condition test verification using a simulation model established based on actual nuclear power plant parameters,the results showed that this fault-tolerant control method could complete fault diagnosis and signal reconstruction within 100 ms,maintained the steady-state error of the control system within±0.5%,and exhibited significant effectiveness in fault-tolerant control for various sensor faults under steady-state operating conditions.关键词
