改性纳米CaCO3对多孔轻质混凝土保温性能与力学性能的影响
Influence of modified nano CaCO3 on thermal insulation and mechanical properties of porous lightweight concrete

Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of material insulation and good stress in the field of architecture,the exploration of porous lightweight concrete receives widespread attention.To address the issue of the effect of nano CaCO3 on the performance of porous lightweight concrete,surface modification of nano CaCO3 was carried out using titanium acid esters and anhydrous ethanol,and its influence on the insulation and mechanical properties of porous lightweight concrete was explored.The results show that modified nano CaCO3 can effectively fill the pores of porous lightweight concrete,refine the pore structure of porous lightweight concrete,and improve the insulation and mechanical properties of porous lightweight concrete composite materials.When the standard curing period is 28 d and the mass fraction of modified nano CaCO3 added is 1.0%,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and brittleness of porous lightweight concrete reach their highest levels.When the mass fraction of modified nano CaCO3 added is 2.0%,the thermal conductivity coefficient of porous lightweight concrete is the lowest,the thermal conductivity rate is the slowest,and the dry density is the highest.The various indicators of the remaining modified nano CaCO3 doped samples are moderate.With the standard curing age increasing,the porous lightweight concrete doped with modified nano CaCO3 has finer pore structure,lower thermal conductivity,slower thermal conductivity rate,stronger compressive strength,higher splitting tensile strength,greater brittleness and better dry density.Therefore,porous lightweight concrete doped with modified nano CaCO3 has better insulation and mechanical properties.关键词
