Synthesis and Cell Imaging Study of a D-π-A Tetraphenylethene Derivative
摘要
Abstract
To achieve specific targeting and recognition of mitochondria in living cells,a compound XC with a D-π-A structure was designed and synthesized using tetraphenylethylene and pyridinium salt as building blocks.UV-visible absorption and fluorescence emission spectra demonstrated that the compound exhibited good chemical stability and aggregation-induced emission(AIE)characteristics.Further cytotoxicity and confocal microscopy imaging experiments indicated that compound XC had low cytotoxicity,good biocompatibility,and the ability to specifically target mitochondria.These results confirm that compound XC is suitable for mitochondrial imaging studies in cells.关键词
