基于"态靶辨治"理论探讨慢性胃炎的辨治思路
Treatment Ideas of Chronic Gastritis Based on Theory of State-Target Differentiation and Treatment

Abstract
Chronic gastritis is a common clinical disease caused by multiple factors,mainly characterized by gastric mucosa damage.State-target differentiation and treatment is a new TCM differentiation and treatment model proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin in recent years,emphasizing the combination of disease and syndrome as well as the combination of state and target.According to the theory of state-target differentiation and treatment,this paper classified chronic gastritis cases into three states:stasis state,damp-heat state,and deficiency state.Among them,the stasis state involves syndrome of blood stasis obstruction,syndrome of cold pathogen stagnation,and syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony.The damp-heat state encompasses syndrome of dampness-heat in spleen and stomach,syndrome of depression and heat in liver and stomach,and syndrome of phlegm-dampness obstruction.The deficiency state includes syndrome of stomach Yin deficiency and syndrome of spleen-stomach deficiency.According to the common clinical symptoms and abnormal physical and chemical indexes of patients,the target prescriptions and target drugs were summarized,and the new ideas of clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis were discussed by combining state regulation at the macro level and target intervention at the micro level.关键词
