Abstract
Gastric ulcer is a common clinical disease,usually manifesting with periodic and rhythmic upper abdominal pain,frequently accompanied by symptoms such as acid reflux,heartburn,and abdominal distension.The prognosis is unfavorable,often persisting without complete healing.In advanced stages,complications like gastric bleeding,perforation,and obstruction may arise.While Western medicine demonstrates relatively effective therapeutic efficacy for gastric ulcer,it faces challenges including drug resistance,recurrence after drug withdrawal,and numerous adverse reactions from prolonged drug use.Dr.Hao,adhering to the theory of"yang transforming qi and yin transforming form",elucidates the occurrence,progression,diagnosis,and treatment of gastric ulcer with spleen-stomach cold deficiency pattern.When the"yang transforming qi"function is insufficient,"yin transforming form"becomes excessive,categorizing the pathogenesis of this pattern as yang deficiency and yin excess.He advocates a fundamental treatment principle of warming yang to transform qi and dispelling yin turbid,and has personally formulated the Wenwei Yukui Prescription forthis purpose,achieving notable clinical efficacy.关键词
