Abstract
Based on the cutaneous region theory from the Huangdi's Internal Classic,Chief Physician FU Yu innovatively proposed the"shallow thorn acupuncture method".This method involves stimulating specific cutaneous regions of the meridians and collaterals on the body surface to activate the meridian qi transmission in the gradient of"cutaneous region → collateral vessel→meridian → zang-fu organs",thereby achieving harmony between nutrient and defensive qi,and smooth qi movement.This paper systematically expounded the theoretical foundation of the shallow thorn acupuncture method from meridian circulation,defense qi regulation,and the opening-closing pivot theory in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).A detailed analysis was also included of its acupuncture characteristics and cutaneous region selection methods.This method demonstrates significant efficacy in improving neurological functions and treating zang-fu organ diseases,providing a novel idea and approach for clinical practice.关键词
