Summary of Professor Han Guanxian's Experience in Treating Post-Stroke Depression Using the Warming Yang and Benefiting Qi Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke depression(PSD)is a relatively common complication following stroke,severely impacting patients' rehabilitation and quality of life.Professor Han Guanxian,with over 40 years of clinical experience in diagnosing and treating encephalopathy with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),has developed a unique understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and treatment of this condition.He has proposed the warming yang and benefiting qi therapy as the core therapeutic approach,which has demonstrated significant clinical efficacy.This study systematically summarized his insights into PSD,his syndrome differentiation and treatment strategies,the characteristics of his clinical medication,and representative case studies,aiming to provide reference experience forthe TCM treatment of this disease.关键词
