我国食用菌产业现状与科技创新发展方向
Current Status and Development Direction of Scientific and Technological Innovation of Edible Fungi Industry in China

Abstract
The edible fungi industry plays a pivotal role in the rural revitalization and the development of eco-circular agriculture of China.Affected by a multiple number of factors,the industry has been mired in a prolonged downturn since 2020.This paper systematically sorts out the current development status of China's edible fungi industry,and analyzes in-depth the inherent shortcomings as well as the core causes inducing the downturn of this important industry,pointing out that key factors leading to the industry's predicament include the poor cognition of inherent shortcomings,the weak industrial foundation,and the insufficient capabilities of scientific and technological innovation.The edible fungi industry in China now is facing four core problems on the development of science and technology that contain the germplasm resources and strain quality,the growth,development and environmental regulation,the recycling utilization of resources,and the industrial upgrading and risk prevention and control as well.In order to resolve these problems,the author thereafter makes a proposal of five development directions for the scientific and technological innovation in the edible fungi industry:(1)Genetic improvement of varieties and quality control of strains.(2)R&D of intelligent cultivation technologies and smart equipments.(3)Efficient cultivation of minor species and domestication of rare wild edible fungi.(4)Development of alternative cultivation substrates and recycling utilization of cultivation substrates.(5)Breakthrough in deep processing technologies and development of differentiated products.On the basis of above descriptions,this paper then sets the clear goals of scientific and technological innovation,and puts forward key tasks in the following six aspects,namely the establishment of new models,the R&D of new technologies,the development of new products,the breeding of new varieties,the incubation of new business forms,and the development of new equipments,which should provide theoretical supports to promote the future high-quality and sustainable development of China's edible fungi industry.关键词
