摘要

Abstract

China is rich in coniferous tree resources and conifer sawdust as edible fungus cultivation substrate has some development potential.This paper reviews progress on conifer sawdust as substrate of edible fungi in the past 40 years in terms of sawdust components,pretreatment methods and varieties.It is concluded that conifer sawdust contains higher contents of terpenes than broad-leaved wood sawdust,which is suitable for cultivating edible fungi isolated from conifers,and meanwhile the large-scale production of many types of edible mushrooms can be achieved by its pretreatment and control of the proportion of addition.At the same time,the existing problems and development direction of conifer sawdust as substrate are pointed out.This review expects to provide reference for related research and practice.
