行星架内花键感应淬火工艺优化
Optimization of induction hardening process for internal splines of planet carrier
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the quenching cracking problem existing in the induction hardening process of internal splines of planet carrier,the causes of quenching cracking were analyzed from aspects of chemical composition,macro-crack morphology and induction heat treatment process.The problem of induction hardening cracking of internal splines was solved by optimizing process parameters,such as reducing heating power,adopting multi-stage heating,and increasing the concentration of quenching cooling medium.The results show that after the optimization and improvement of the induction hardening process,the surface hardness of the internal spline reaches 46~53HRC,the depth of the hardened layer on the tooth side is ≥ 2mm,and the deformation is controlled within 0.18~0.25mm.关键词
