Current Situation,Application Requirements,and Countermeasures of Intelligent Intelligence Analysis Technologies and Tools

Abstract
Under the new paradigm of artificial intelligence for science(AI4S),fostering the intelligent development of scientific and technological information(STI)research has become essential for advancing the high-quality development of STI work.This paper focuses on the opportunities and challenges that emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence bring to scientific and technological information work.Through literature review,field research,and comprehensive analysis,it reviews the current state of global intelligent analytics technologies and tools,and investigates the development and application of such tools within domestic scientific research institutions.Using a provincial STI institution as a case study,it analyzes the application requirements for intelligent analytics tools in such organizations and outlines the primary tasks and implementation pathways for achieving intelligent transformation in scientific and technological intelligence.It is found that AI technologies significantly propel the advancement of intelligent analytics,driving its evolution toward automation,intelligence,visualization,real-time processing,security,and openness.Domestically developed intelligent analytics tools and platforms by STI institutions primarily encompass intelligent retrieval and dynamic monitoring tools,intelligent mining and analytics tools,situational awareness and forecasting tools,as well as comprehensive intelligent analytics systems.To enhance the framework for intelligent STI work,recommendations are proposed:adopting a development philosophy centered on intelligent STI,constructing a matrix of intelligent analytics tools,cultivating a talent pool specialized in intelligent analysis,and optimizing and expanding services related to scientific and technological information and strategic research.关键词
