Research on Promoting the Construction of Modern Agricultural System Through Technological Innovation from the Perspective of Balancing Development and Security

Abstract
[Research purpose]Technological innovation serves as the fundamental driving force behind agricultural advancement.From the perspective of balancing development and security,advancing the modern agricultural system through technological innovation is a key measure for accelerating the establishment of a new development paradigm.It also provides crucial support for achieving multidimensional objectives such as food security,ecological security,and biosecurity.[Research method]Grounded in theoretical literature,this study clarifies the defining characteristics of a modern agricultural system,elucidates the theoretical logic underpinning how technological innovation advances its development,analyzes the strategic linkages between technological innovation and both the new development paradigm and new security framework,summarizes the practical challenges faced in this advancement,and proposes targeted pathways for leveraging technological innovation to build a modern agricultural system tailored to China's national conditions.[Research conclusion]Among the three major modern agricultural systems,technological innovation provides crucial guidance,strategic support,and fundamental safeguards for the modern agricultural management system.Currently,China's modern agricultural system development faces challenges including weak technological foundations in production systems,insufficient integration of technological innovation within industrial systems,and suboptimal dissemination and application of technology in management systems.In response,it is suggested to consolidate the foundation of agricultural production,improving the production system by taking the food crop production strategy based on farmland management and technological application,strengthening the resilience of the agricultural industry so as to improve the industrial system with the core of the integration of the three industries and technological innovation,and developing moderate-scale agricultural operations so as to improve the operation system with the goal of enhancing the application and transformation of agricultural technological innovation.关键词
