基于文献计量学的夜间遗尿症全球研究趋势分析
Bibliometrics-based analysis of global research trends in nocturnal enuresis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the progress,main directions,and hot topics of nocturnal enuresis research over the past 20 years through a bibliometric analysis.Methods All literature on nocturnal enuresis from 2004 to 2024 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection using a structured search strategy.Excel,VOSviewer,Scimago,and CiteSpace software were employed to analyze trends in publication volume,regional distribution,author collaboration networks,co-occurrence of topics and keywords,and co-citation of references,aiming to identify evolving research hotspots in the field.Results A total of 947 articles on nocturnal enuresis were included.Turkey,China,and the United States were the leading countries in terms of publication volume.Research hotspots have shifted from early investigations into the pathogenesis of the disease to the optimization of treatment methods,ultimately demonstrating a trend toward diversification.Conclusion This study employed bibliometric methods to analyze the development trends,current research status,and key issues in the field of nocturnal enuresis.By summarizing and analyzing high-quality literature,it provides valuable references for future research on nocturnal enuresis.关键词
