基于China-PAR模型的饮食结构与心血管疾病风险关联性研究
The relationship between dietary structure and cardiovascular disease risks based on the China-PAR model

Abstract
Objective To categorize dietary patterns among the adult permanent resident population in Suzhou and analyze the relationship between dietary patterns and risks of cardiovascular diseases(CVD)based on the China-PAR model and latent class analysis.Methods A total of 3,907 adult participants(1,256 males and 2,651 females)with an average age of 65.7 years were included in the survey.They were among the 4 project sites in Suzhou High-tech Zone.Latent class analysis was used to divide the residents'dietary balance patterns into four categories:balanced diet type,unbalanced diet type,meat-based diet type,and vegetarian-fruit-based diet type.The China-PAR model was used to divide the 10-year risks of CVD into three categories:low,medi-um and high risks.The association between dietary patterns and CVD was evaluated by ordered multiclassifi-cation Logistic regression.Results Compared to the balanced diet group,individuals with an unbalanced diet and those whose diet was predominantly meat-based showed a significant positive association with CVD risk.Across different gender,age and chronic disease status groups,the impact of dietary patterns on CVD risk was more pronounced among males,the elderly and individuals with chronic diseases.Conclusion Unbalanced diets are associated with high risk of CVD,and we recommend promoting of healthy dietary habits and per-sonalized guidance,thus effectively preventing the occurrence of CVD through reasonable dietary control.关键词
