智能制造背景下高职院校校企合作研究
Study on School-Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing
摘要
Abstract
School-enterprise cooperation is a collaborative mode established between higher vocational colleges and enterprises for resource sharing and coordinated development.In the context of intelligent manufacturing,school-enterprise cooperation should serve as a critical opportunity and fundamental starting point for cultivating and supplying high-skilled talents.Currently,both parties in school-enterprise cooperation are faced with challenges such as deviations in talent cultivation concepts,limited scope of cooperation partners,weak cooperation awareness,and insufficient motivation for collaboration.Therefore,this paper adopts methods such as improving cooperation mechanisms,innovating cooperation forms,strengthening collaborative talent cultivation,enhancing the development of teaching staff,and giving play to the coordinating role of the government,to supply compound talents with both technical application competence and innovative literacy for the manufacturing industry,thereby enhancing the depth and sustainability of school-enterprise cooperation.关键词
