建立职业院校人才培养质量保障体系的研究
Research on the Quality Assurance System for Talent Cultivation in Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
The fundamental goal of all reforms in higher vocational colleges is to improve the quality of talent cultivation.Higher vocational colleges should establish a quality assurance system for talent cultivation with the joint participation of industries and enterprises,introduce the concept of co-participation,and achieve the improvement of talent cultivation quality through in-depth cooperation with industries.In the specific reform,the curriculum design should be in line with industry demands,and a flexible curriculum structure should be constructed to ensure that students possess the skills needed for practical work after graduation.关键词
