摘要
Abstract
The"Mozi Workshop"project focuses on technological upgrading in the construction industry and provides talents for Chinese and Cambodian enterprises.The project relies on local colleges,introduces China construction standards and high-quality teaching resources,and fills the training gap in the local construction field effectively.Chinese-funded enterprises have undertaken multiple projects in Cambodia,but the local employee training system is still not perfect.Therefore,it is urgent to build a professional talent cultivation platform through the"Mozi Workshop"project to enhance employees' skills and cultural identity.Local enterprises will play a collaborative role in the joint cultivation of industry talents.关键词
