"岗课赛证"融通下专业人才培养体系构建
Construction of Professional Talent Training System under the Integration of"Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates"

Abstract
Under the 1+X certificate system and guided by the World Skills Competition,the paper explores how to establish the comprehensive talent cultivation system of"posts,courses,competitions and certificates"for the intelligent welding technology major,so as to achieve all-round and whole-process education.Typical cases of new technologies and skill competitions are integrated into professional curriculum standards,competitions are introduced into classrooms,loose-leaf textbooks are compiled,and the construction of practical training bases is improved.From the aspects of integrating academic certificates and vocational certificates,core post analysis,deepening the reform of teaching staff,teaching materials,and teaching methods,and industry-education integration,it studies and implements the talent cultivation mode,cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the country.关键词
