摘要

Abstract

The teaching supervision of higher vocational colleges is currently confronted with the practical predicaments of traditional rigidity,shallow industry-education collaboration,and insufficient effectiveness of rectification.The root lies in the multiple problems such as lagging institutional standards,organizational collaboration barriers,lack of technical investment,and weak cultural awareness.To this end,this paper proposes optimization from four aspects:system,organization,technology and culture,in order to promote the transformation of teaching supervision towards data-driven and value-added empowerment.
