Abstract

s:This article establishes a method for simultaneous screening and detection of 40 commonly used veterinary drug residues in aquaculture water using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The influence of different pretreatment conditions and instrument conditions on the detection results was examined to select the optimal solution.The target substance was enriched and puri-fied using an HLB solid-phase extraction column,separated using a Shim-pack GIST C18 chromatographic col-umn,and confirmed by mobile UPLC-MS/MS with acetonitrile and a 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution containing 0.1%formic acid.Quantification was performed using an external standard method.The quantita-tive limit of this method is 2~10 ng/L,recovery rate 83%~108%,relative standard deviation 3.8%~10.3%.Compared with traditional detection methods,it has the advantages of detecting a wide variety of com-pounds,low detection limit,good stability,simplicity and speed.At the same time,this method was applied to detect and analyze samples from aquaculture farms in Liaoning Province,to determine the residues and me-tabolism of 40 veterinary drugs in 9 categories of aquatic product aquaculture water.This provides technical support for better controlling the safety and quality of aquatic product food in the market,the aquaculture envi-ronment,and the discharge and reuse of aquaculture wastewater.
