卷丹百合珠芽育苗影响因子研究
Study on the Influencing Factors of Bulbil Cultivation of Lilium Lancifolium
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the germination and seedling mechanism of the Lilium lancifolium,the factors affecting the seedling formation of the bulbil of Lilium lancifolium were studied,with bulbil size,refrigeration time,and sowing substrate as variables,and seedling rate,average number of leaves per plant,average leaf width,average leaf length,average seedling height,average base diameter,leaf N content,and leaf chloro-phyll SPAD value as indicators.The experimental results indicate that all three variable factors have a signifi-cant impact on the germination of the bulbil of Lilium lancifolium;Large bulbil,not refrigerated or refrigerated for a long time to promote germination,as well as pure peat substrate with good water,fertilizer,and air per-meability and certain fertility,are beneficial for the germination and formation of large and strong seedlings of Lilium lancifolium.关键词
