大葱品系对紫斑病和叶枯病的抗性鉴定
Characterization of Welsh Onion Strains for Resistance to Alternaria Leaf Spot and Stemphylium Leaf Blight

Abstract
In this study,resistance to Alternaria leaf spot and Stemphylium leaf blight of 54 welsh onion mate-rials containing dormant and late dormant types was identified by artificial inoculation and natural infection.The consistency rate of resistance level to Alternaria leaf spot and Stemphylium leaf blight under the two meth-ods was 85.2％and 79.6％,respectively.43.8％of the dormant materials were highly resistant or resistant to Alternaria leaf spot,and the proportion of the resistance to Stemphylium leaf blight was 42.9％.73.3％of the late dormant materials demonstrated high resistance or resistance to Alternaria leaf spot and 62％to Stemphyli-um leaf blight.6 double resistant(HR or R)materials were screened.These results hold significant impor-tance for identification and evaluation of resistance to Alternaria leaf spot and Stemphylium leaf blight of welsh onion germplasm resources,and cultivating exceptional disease-resistant materials.关键词
