北方地区茄子种质资源果萼刺分子标记有效性鉴定
Validation of Molecular Markers for Calyx Spine Traits in Northern Chinese Eggplant Germplasm Resources
摘要
Abstract
To identify effective molecular markers for the characterization of calyx prickles in eggplant,a total of 91 germplasm resources were collected and analyzed using two types of molecular markers.The results indi-cated correlation coefficients of 0.81 and 0.53 for Marker 1 and Marker 2,respectively.This suggests that Marker 1 is highly effective for early identification of calyx and prickles traits in eggplant,providing robust technical support for the development of superior spiny eggplant germplasm resources and breeding programs,particularly in northern China.关键词
