生态振兴促进农民农村共同富裕的浙江经验
Zhejiang experience of ecological revitalization in advancing common prosperity for farmers and rural areas

Abstract
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and inevitable path to modernization.Rural ecological revi-talization is the key path to practicing the"Two Mountains"concept and promoting the common prosperity for farmers and rural areas,but it faces many difficulties.For example,the conversion channels of"Two Mountains"are not smooth,making it difficult to realize the value of ecological products.The paths of ecological revitalization for different types of products and different regions of economic and social development are unclear,hindering the realization of the goal of common prosperity for farmers and rural areas.This paper systematically reviewed the historical evolution and theoretical logic of ecological revitalization in promoting common prosperity,and analyzed three major types of ecological product promotion models for common prosperity and diverse practical cases in Zhejiang Province.The study indicated that:(1)From the perspective of historical evolution logic,the process consisted of three progressive and interconnected strategic stages:from"Ten-Million Rural Revitalization Project"to rural revitalization,and further to common prosperity.(2)From the perspective of theoretical logic,"prosperity"did not merely refer to prosperity brought by economic growth,but also encompassed the prosperity of public goods including ecological environment.The term"common"was where the difficulty lay,and the key lay in the increase of farmers'income and rural development.(3)From the perspective of action logic,combining the characteristics of ecological products and regional differences,it was possible to explore practical models for promoting common prosperity by region according to the three major categories of ecological products:material supply,cultural service,and regulatory service.Based on the findings and discussions,in order to narrow urban-rural,regional and income gaps,the following policy recommendations were proposed:strengthen the top-level design to systematically advance common prosperity for farmers and rural areas,enhance ecological quality to effectively increase the market competitiveness of material ecological products,adopt diversified measures to broaden value realization pathways for cultural ecological products,and innovate green finance to improve trading and compensation mechanisms for regulatory ecological products.关键词
