数字经济赋能农林基础设施建设的时空异质性分析
Spatio-temporal heterogeneity analysis of digital economy empowering agroforestry infrastructure construction

Abstract
Against the backdrop of accelerating integration of digital economy and rural revitalization strategy,the digital transformation of agroforestry infrastructure is becoming a critical path to enhance the public service efficiency and ecological governance capacity.Drawing on the Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE)theoretical framework,this paper developed a three-dimensional-indicator evaluation system and applied the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to empirically analyze the panel data of 29 Chinese provincial-level regions from 2017 to 2023.The findings revealed that:(1)The environmental dimension was the primary driver,with the number of digital policies related to agriculture(weight 0.090)and local fiscal investment in science and technology(weight 0.068)significantly improving infrastructure performance,particularly in forestry ecological zones.(2)In the technological dimension,digital innovation ability promoted the intelligent transformation of facilities through smart agricultural machinery and IoT(Internet of Things),with high-tech patent(weight 0.082)playing a critical role.(3)In the organizational dimension,bottlenecks in cold-chain logistics hindered the circulation of agroforestry products and the conversion of digital outcomes.(4)There were significant differences in infrastructure allocation structure,with priority given to service-oriented facilities(weight 0.183)over distribution-oriented ones(weight 0.044).Rural energy infrastructure held a combined weight of 0.141,reflecting its foundational role in supporting the system.(5)Spatially,it presented agradient pattern of"high in the east and low in the west",and the regional differences were largely affected by the dual influences of policy continuity and technological adaptability.The article innovatively incorporated agricultural and forestry infrastructure into digital economy empowerment framework,developed a multidimensional evaluation system,and revealed the differentiated trends of digital transformation in forest regions.Policy implications:Through the dual-wheel drive of finance and technology,a differentiated support and dynamic evaluation mechanism should be established to achieve the balanced and sustainable development of the digital transformation of agroforestry infrastructure.关键词
