摘要

Abstract

In order to make paper pulp meet Lyocell fiber pulp demand,expand pulp sources,hardwood,coniferous and and bamboo paper pulp were modified by acid sulfite boiling and steaming.The chemcial composition,polymerization degree,rheological property and solubility in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO)of the three kinds of modified pulps were tested,and the mechanical property of Lyocell fiber prepared were evaluated.The results showed that the polymerization degree of the three modified pulps were decreased to 600~700,and the content of lignin,ash,iron ion and copper ion in the modified pulps were reduced compared with the paper pulps.The dissolution time of the modified pulps in NMMO was significantly shortened,the dissolution performance was improved.The spinnability of the modified pulps was excellent,dry breaking strength of the prepared Lyocell fiber was 3.29 cN/dtex~3.97 cN/dtex,the dry breaking elongation rate was 10.79%~11.92%.The fiber wet strength was larger than 2.80 cN/dex,the fiber wet modulus was larger than 0.75 cN/dtex.It is considered that acid sulfite modification can be used in preparing pulp for Lyocell fiber,the mechanical property of prepared Lyocell fiber was better,which could meet requirements for qualified short fiber standards.
