Abstract

In order to explore the optimal finishing process for the color fastness to washing of Lyocell printed woven fabrics,the effects of the reactive dyes structure,post-treatment process,dosage of locking finishing agents and baking time on color fastness to washing and fiber morphology of the fabric were analyzed.The results showed that the binding strength of vinyl sulfone double reactive dyes with Lyocell fibers was higher,the optimal post-treatment method was one-bath finishing.In the finishing process,the mass concentration of locking finishing agent TF-6380 was 80 g/L,the mass concentration of curing agent TF-6380C was 24 g/L and the baking time was 2 min.After the finishing process,the color fastness to washing of Lyocell printed woven fabric was 4-5 grade,and the fiber damage was not obvious.It is considered that the optimal finishing process could improve the color fastness to washing of Lyocell woven fabric,which meet the demand of energy saving and environmental protection.
