助剂对莱赛尔织物防粘毛性能的影响规律与内在机制
Influence rule and internal mechanism of additives on Lyocell fabric anti-sticking performance

Abstract
Influence mechanism of additives on Lyocell fabric anti-sticking performance was explored,which could provide a basis for developing high-performance anti-sticking textiles.Lyocell fabrics were treated by additives,including anti-sticking agents(HSR-A/HSR-B),resin enhancer(R-PU),dry-comfort finishing agent(HSD-S)and anti-staticking agent(KJ-4).The number of sticking hair,surface morphology,molecular structure,moisture absorption property(moisture content,wicking height)and friction property(static/dynamic friction coefficients)of the fabrics before and after treatment were systematically evaluated after 5 washing cycles.Compared with the untreated samples,each additives treatment could significantly reduce the number of sticking hair.Among single additives,the number of sticking hair before and after washing(5 strands hair and 7 strands hair,respectively)was the lowest when mass concentration of the anti-sticking agent was 40 g/L.The number of sticking hair could be reduced 50%when using HSD-S finishing agent with excellent washing durability.In the composite schemes,the effect of anti-sticking agent+HSD-S was the best,increasing moisture property(e.g.water content was reached 8.7%and wicking height was reached 82.0 mm when using HSD-S),reducing friction coefficient and forming physical barrier,finally the fabric anti sticking property was improved.It is considered selecting additives that can enhance hydrophilicity and reduce friction coefficient,as well as their composite systems,the anti-sticking performance of Lyocell fabrics could be significantly optimized.The composite system of HSD-S and anti-sticking agent demonstrates excellent comprehensive effects.关键词
