功能化多孔废棉纤维素气凝胶的制备及吸附性能研究
Preparation of functionalized porous waste cotton cellulose aerogel and its adsorptivity research

Abstract
To reduce the discharge of oily wastewater and the environmental impact of industrial oil pollution,nano-cellulose was prepared by using waste cotton fibers as raw material through anhydride-alkali system modification.The nano-cellulose was modified by naturally extracted tea polyphenols from tea leaves and iron ions through chelation,modified porous cellulose aerogel(FA)with photothermal conversion capability was successfully produced.The structure of FA was observed,the effects on porosity,wettability and photothermal conversion property on oil adsorption performance were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the prepared FA cellulose aerogel had porous structure.Under 1 000 W/m2 light irradiation conditions,the temperature could be increased to 72.9℃in 2 minutes,exhibiting superior photothermal performance compared to unmodified cellulose aerogel(PA).FA porosity was higher(99.45%),under light irradiation,FA through photothermal conversion,the viscosity of oil solvent could be reduced and their flow speed was accelerated,thereby the adsorption performance could be enhanced.It exhibited higher absorption capacity for different oil solvents.After 10 adsorption cycles,the adsorption capacity retention rate of FA was still remained 56.0%.It is considered that the study provides a new strategy for the high-value utilization of waste biomass resources and offers new insights into the development of efficient,environmentally friendly and stimulus-responsive oil spill treatment materials.关键词
