双尺度ZIF颗粒超疏水抗菌棉的制备及性能研究
Preparation and property research of superhydrophobic antibacterial cotton with dual-scale ZIF particles

Abstract
The superhydrophobic and antibacterial property of cotton fabric modified by dual-scale zeolite imidazole framework(ZIF)was investigated.Micron-scale ZIF-L and nanoscale ZIF-8 were sequentially deposited on the surface of cotton fabrics by impregnation,a continuous layer of composite particles was formed.Subsequently,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)treatment was utilized to impart low surface energy property for the fabric.A series of characterization and performance tests were carried out on the cotton fabrics before and after modification,including water contact angle,surface micro-morphology,surface elemental composition,infrared spectroscopy analysis,antibacterial property,anti-fouling property,water washing resistance and breathability test.The results showed that the surface roughness of the modified cotton fabrics was enhanced,and the introduction of elements such as Zn,N,and Si were confirmed by elemental analyses,along with the appearance of hydrophobic groups such as Si—CH3.The modified cotton fabric had a water contact angle of 165.0°and remained super hydrophobic after five wash cycles.The antibacterial against both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were reached 99.9%,and exhibited excellent anti-fouling property.关键词
