《秘诀方海》中诃子的配伍规律研究
Study on the Compatibility Rules of Terminalia Chebula in Mijuefanghai
摘要
Abstract
To deeply explore the characteristics of the compatible prescription and the medication rules of Ter-minalia chebula in Mongolian medicine,143 prescriptions containing Terminalia chebula from the classic Mongolian medical work Mijuefanghai were selected as research samples.Detailed data including prescription names,contents,functions,indications,and precautions were imported into SPSS Modeler 14.1 software and IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software for systematic analysis.The results showed that Terminalia chebula was associated with 228 single medicinal herbs in 143 prescriptions,with a total compatibility frequency of 2 189.Among them,23 herbs had a compatibility frequency＞20 times,with a cumulative frequency of 982,accounting for 44.86%.The com-patibility frequency of Terminalia chebula with Carthamus tinctorius was the highest(71 times),and its compatibility frequencies with Gardenia jasminoides,Melia toosendan,and Aucklandia lappa were significantly higher than those with other herbs.Correlation analysis clarified the core compatibility rules of Terminalia chebula with heat-clearing and blood-cooling herbs(e.g.Carthamus tinctorius,Gardenia jasminoides),Badagan-expelling herb(Aucklandia lappa),and germ-killing herb(Moschus).Factor analysis revealed the characteristics of Terminalia chebula with 18 high-frequency associated herbs,with a KMO value of 0.751,Bartlett test ap-proximate χ²=1 133.362,freedom degrees=153,and P＜0.001,indicating that the data were suitable for factor analysis.The study also found that combinations of Terminalia chebula with other herbs were mainly used to treat the symptoms such as"clearing heat""inhibiting Heyi""killing germs""expelling Badagan"and"dispelling Huangshui",which laid a foundation for the clinical application and in-depth research of Terminalia chebula.关键词
