Chinese expert consensus on standardization of Chinese and English diagnostic terms in vectorcardiogram(2025)
摘要
Abstract
The deep integration of electrocardiology and computer technology and the breakthroughs in biomedical enginee-ring for electrocardiogram signal processing have promoted the development of various techniques such as the intelligent color vec-torcardiogram diagnostic assistance systems,automated beat coding,multi-beat superposition,automatic diagnosis and localization of ventricular ectopic beats,and pacing pulse detection and marking technologies,and these techniques effectively mitigate the limi-tations of conventional electrocardiography in the diagnosis of complex arrhythmias,atypical myocardial infarction,and myocardial infarction complicated by conduction disorders,thereby significantly promoting the clinical application of vectorcardiography.In this context,it is urgently needed to standardize the Chinese and English diagnostic terms in vectorcardiogram.With the support of five academic societies,this consensus is formulated by leading national experts in cardiology and electrocardiology,in order to promote the standardization of both Chinese and English diagnostic terms,standardize the reporting process for vectorcardiogram analyses,establish a standardized framework to support the development of artificial intelligence-assisted diagnostic technologies in this do-main,and finally lay a solid scientific foundation for the standardized application and intelligent advancement of vectorcardiography techniques in China.关键词
