基于OQAS评价泪膜对白内障围手术期病人视觉质量的影响
Effect of tear film on the visual quality of patients in the perioperative period of cataract surgery based on the optical quality analysis system Ⅱ

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of tear film on the visual quality of patients in the perioperative period of ca-taract surgery using the dual-channel optical quality analysis system Ⅱ.Methods A total of 114 patients with cataract and xe-rophthalmia who were treated in Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital from September 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and trial group,with 57 patients(57 eyes)in each group.During preoperative preparation,the patients in the control group were given levofloxacin eye drops,and those in the trial group were given sodium hyaluronate com-bined with levofloxacin eye drops.Visual quality indicators were compared between the two groups.Results Before surgery,the control group had a significant reduction in modulation transfer function(MTF)(Z=2.015,P＜0.05)and significant increases in objective scattering index(OSI),mean OSI,and tear film OSI(TF-OSI)(Z=3.391-6.567,P＜0.05)after the application of eye drops,while the trial group had a significant increase in MTF(Z=2.665,P＜0.05)and significant reductions in OSI,mean OSI,and TF-OSI(Z=2.106-6.333,P＜0.05).On day 1 before surgery,after the application of eye drops,the trial group had a signifi-cantly higher MTF(Z=2.106,P＜0.05)and significantly lower OSI,mean OSI,and TF-OSI compared with the control group(Z=2.301-7.730,P＜0.05).At 1 week after surgery,the trial group had significantly lower OSI,mean OSI,and TF-OSI than the control group(Z=2.673-5.183,P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with cataract and xerophthalmia,the addition of so-dium hyaluronate during preoperative preparation can improve ocular microenvironment,intraocular scattering,visual quality,and tear film optical quality.关键词
