瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚对胃肠镜检查病人术后睡眠质量的影响
Effects of remimazolam and propofol on postoperative sleep quality in patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of total intravenous anesthesia with remimazolam and propofol on postope-rative sleep quality in patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 181 patients undergoing pain-less gastrointestinal endoscopy were enrolled.Among them,92 received total intravenous anesthesia with remimazolam(group R),and 89 received total intravenous anesthesia with propofol(group P).Patients were followed up at 1 d before the procedure(T0)and 7 d(T1)and 30 d(T2)after the procedure.Sleep quality was evaluated using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results In group R,the PSQI score at T1 was lower than that at T0(Z=3.84,P＜0.01),while the PSQI score at T2 was higher than that at T0(Z=2.45,P＜0.05).In group P,there was no significant difference in PSQI scores among T0,T1,and T2(P＞0.05).The differences in PSQI score changes from T0 to T1 and from T0 to T2 were not statistically significant between the R and P groups(P＞0.05).In group R,the scores of sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,and daytime dysfunction at T1 were lower than those at T0(Z=2.04-2.92,P＜0.05);the scores of sleep duration and sleep efficiency at T2were higher than those at T0(Z=2.92,2.14,P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with propofol,the use of remifentanil may improve sleep quality within one week after painless gastrointestinal endoscopy but does not improve sleep quality at one month post-procedure.关键词
