椎基底动脉迂曲扩张症病人发生脑微出血的影响因素
Influencing factors for the onset of cerebral microbleeds in patients with vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influencing factors for the onset and severity of cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)in pa-tients with vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia(VBD).Methods A total of 132 patients who were diagnosed with VBD by magnetic resonance angiography in Qingdao Municipal Hospital from January 2019 to June 2024 were enrolled,and according to the results of magnetic resonance imaging and susceptibility-weighted imaging,they were divided into CMBs group with 78 patients and non-CMBs group with 54 patients.Related data were collected from all patients,including age,sex,history of hypertension,history of diabetes,history of hyperlipidemia,history of smoking and drinking,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipo-protein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),homocysteine,and D-dimer.The influencing factors for the onset and severity of CMBs were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in sex,TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C between the CMBs group and the non-CMBs group(Z=2.33-3.26,x2=6.98,P＜0.05).The possibility of CMBs in male VBD patients was 3.00 times that in female patients(OR=3.00,P＜0.05).Male patients with CMBs tended to have a more severe condition(OR=2.27,P＜0.05),and the condition of CMBs aggravated with the increases in the levels of TG(OR=2.20,P＜0.05),TC(OR=1.39,P＜0.05),and LDL-C(OR=1.52,P＜0.05).Conclusion Male sex is an independent risk factor for CMBs,and male sex,TG,TC,and LDL-C are independent risk factors for the severity of CMBs.Blood lipid testing should be per-formed for patients with VBD in clinical practice to reduce the risk and severity of CMBs.关键词
