提高多晶硅生长速率的数值模拟与效果评价研究

Abstract
The current global energy situation is tense,and photovoltaic new energy is gradually being valued as a renewable energy source.PolySim has used for a long time in the simulation of the reduction furnace process in the production of multi-crystalline silicon,which has played a certain guiding role in the process optimization the reduction furnace.This paper first precisely constructs a complete reaction model of the reduction furnace reactor,combines the reaction model with the three-dimensional PolySim software model,explores the reaction path of the reduction furnace,and verifies the simulation results through actual production.The density ratio of the final polysilicon product is increased by 15%on average,and the production rate of silicon rods is increased by 10 kg/h,which has high industrial reference value.关键词
