AI赋能城市轨道交通监控BI系统的设计与实现

Abstract
In response to issues such as low efficiency in handling massive data and weak decision support capabilities in urban rail transit operation management,a BI system solution for rail transit monitoring based on artificial intelligence technology is designed.The system integrates technologies,such as big data processing,deep learning,knowledge graph,and visual analysis to construct a five-layer architecture that includes the data access layer,data processing layer,data storage layer,business logic layer,and application display layer.Core modules include a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion module,an ST-GCN-based passenger flow prediction model,equipment health management based on digital twins,security monitoring with integrated video intelligent analysis,and a decision support system based on reinforcement learning.The integration of AI technology with the BI system can effectively address issues in rail transit operation management,enhance intelligent maintenance levels,and provide strong support for operational decisions through an analysis framework based on multi-source data fusion.关键词
