数智建筑技术赋能下城乡空间智慧化应用研究

Abstract
In the context of digital transformation and intelligent development,digitally intelligent buildings are promoting profound changes in urban and rural spatial governance models and industrial forms.This research systematically explores the technical system,enabling mechanism and innovative application paths of digital and intelligent buildings,revealing its key role in rural revitalization,low-altitude economy and the cultivation of new productivity.Research has shown that digitally intelligent buildings realize data-driven and intelligent response throughout the entire life cycle of the building,significantly improving space governance efficiency and resource allocation level.Digital smart buildings will be deeply integrated with technologies such as robots and blockchain to promote the ecological transformation of the construction industry into a data-driven industrial industry.关键词
