摘要

Abstract

Automated sorting of packages is crucial to improving the efficiency of the logistics industry,and target detection and identification of packages is a prerequisite for automated package sorting.This paper systematically summarizes the development and research status of YOLO algorithm in package target detection,introduces the principles and development history of YOLO series models,summarizes the commonly used evaluation indicators of YOLO algorithm,and expounds the practical significance of these indicators in package sorting scenarios.The YOLO series models were trained through self-built package data sets,and the test results were compared and analyzed.Research has shown that the YOLO series models perform well in package detection and identification,especially the YOLO11 model,whose accuracy rate is as high as 97.5%,provides technical support for the rapid and accurate identification of express packages and is of great significance to the intelligent development of logistics technology.
