摘要

Abstract

This paper uses an input-output model to analyze the comprehensive effects of replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy in order to achieve the goal of"dual carbon",including total output,employment and carbon emissions.The paper sets up two scenarios:(1)When final demand of coal-fired power,wind power,and solar power increase by the same unit,coal-fired power's contribution to social output and employment is slightly higher than that of wind power and solar power.(2)In order to meeting the electricity consumption demand of the whole society,taking into account the characteristics and investment costs of different power generation types,wind power and solar power have a higher role in stimulating social output and employment than coal-fired power.When power generation increased by 1 GWh,coal-fired power,wind power,and solar power generated 4.7,10.2,and 11.9 jobs,respectively.This conclusion is of significance to accelerate clean development and achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
