Domestic and International Self-regulation Supervision and Management Mechanisms and Their Implications for China's Power Market

Abstract
In the current practice of electricity market supervision in China,the regulatory authorities are faced with the challenge of field operation and efficiency reduction,which affects the effective implementation of regulatory measures in market entities.In contrast,as a new model,self-regulation emphasizes the self-discipline and self-management of market participants.With its advantages of flexibility,response speed,cost-effectiveness and close integration with market reality,self-regulation shows an effective supplement to the current regulatory system and is gradually popular in the international electricity market supervision.Starting from the foreign electricity market and the domestic financial market,in-depth study of self-regulatory supervision and management system design.By combing the self-regulatory practices of foreign power markets and domestic financial markets,this paper summarizes the experience of system construction in the United States,Europe and other regions,and summarizes the self-regulatory operation methods of different financial industry entities.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of China's power market supervision,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of China's power market self-regulation system from the aspects of supervision scope,power and responsibility division,system construction and supervision strategy.关键词
